Pernigotti SpA takes part in SIAL Paris and ABI in Stresa – new product lines coming for international markets
Pernigotti SpA is preparing to present its new export strategies at two major international events: for the first time, the company will take part in SIAL Paris, one of the world’s leading trade fairs for the food industry, taking place from 17 to 21 October in Paris, as well as in the American Buy Italian (ABI), the B2B summit connecting leading US buyers and retailers with Italian agri-food producers, organized on 29–30 September in Stresa by the Italy-America Chamber of Commerce of New York and ExportUSA. During these events, the historic confectionery group from Novi Ligure (Alessandria) will meet with international operators, customers and partners, showcasing its main product lines and the latest innovations developed to meet the tastes and consumption opportunities of different markets around the world.
These two international events come at the end of a fiscal year that confirms Pernigotti’s path of consolidated growth. The fiscal year just closed in June 2026 shows growth driven by the strength of its iconic products and by a strategy increasingly focused on international development. Alongside its now well-established presence in major European markets such as Germany and the United Kingdom, Pernigotti is also looking with interest at development opportunities outside Europe, particularly in China and the United States, markets where the company sees significant growth prospects.
Among the new products Pernigotti will present at SIAL and ABI, the brand-new Tiramisù-flavored Scrigni stand out, a creation born from the meeting of chocolate tradition with one of the most recognizable symbols of Italian pastry-making in the world. The Tiramisù Scrigni feature a creamy, indulgent tiramisù-flavored heart wrapped in a crunchy dark chocolate shell. The product comes in a 150g bag and stands out for its use of only natural flavorings, its Made in Italy production, and the notable “Approved by Tiramisù World Cup 2026” recognition. Also on show will be the more traditional chocolate pralines, from Gianduiotto to Cremino, now joined by new flavor interpretations including Pistachio and Caramel, with formats and packaging designed to meet export needs.
“International growth represents one of the strategic pillars of our journey,” said Arnaldo Sommovigo, International Brand Director of Pernigotti SpA. “We want to bring an authentic expression of Italian chocolate to foreign markets, built on the strength of a historic brand, the quality of our raw materials, and our ability to innovate while keeping our identity recognizable. SIAL Paris in particular represents an important moment for us to engage with customers and operators from all over the world, and an opportunity to present the new products with which we intend to further strengthen our international presence.”
