Hot chocolate to Gianduia


Doses for 4 people:

600g of semi-skimmed milk

100g of sugar

50g of bitter cocoa powder

25g corn starch

50g of Gianduiotti

  1. Take cocoa, sugar, corn starch and Gianduiotti and mix everything in a blender.
  2. Combine the milk mixture in a saucepan and mix thoroughly.
  3. Cook for about 8 minutes, stirring occasionally until the desired consistency is obtained.
